Confined Spaces Entry & Awareness in Construction

The course provided is instructed by trained experts and upon completion, participants will be able to recognize confined spaces, and demonstrate knowledge of legislative requirements and general procedures for confined space entry.  This is an awareness course only and does not qualify workers to enter confined spaces, without site specific training for Permit Systems, Employer Policy & Procedures for “Confined Spaces” in their workplaces. Topics include, definition of confined space, hazards of confined spaces, types of dangerous atmospheres, legal requirements, assessment and control options, monitoring strategies, entry permits and procedures.
